The weekly virtual sessions of Seeking the “I AM”, a course offering military spouses an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and reflect on their military life journey.

These sessions are part of the full eight-session course. Registration covers all sessions and begins with the in-person kickoff on October 19 and 20.
