Women’s Reboot Day 3

This innovative six-week program helps to:
- Develop evidence-based skills to build resilience to help meet and overcome life’s stressful challenges,
- Cultivate mindfulness to foster health and well-being,
- Discover empowering choices to increase daily happiness,
- Create routines for sustainable self-care that provide nurturing, nourishment, and self-esteem.
Goals: To help empower women to develop critical self care skills. Build resiliency, cultivate mindfulness and foster well-being.
Purpose: To help build a community of women who confidently care for themselves so they may feel more peace and ease in their every day lives.
