RUCK4HIT Info Session

| The 7th Annual Ruck4HIT is returning in its traditional format, April 29—April 30, 2022 |
| Learn how you can support this year’s Ruck4HIT as a volunteer, runner, support runner, driver, or sponsor. Join us at our Info Session at Cape Cod Coffee at Route 130 in Mashpee as we explain what the Ruck4HIT is and how you can get involved. Started in 2016, the Ruck4HIT is a relay race in which teams of runners ruck through each town on Cape Cod over the course of 36 hours. Runners wear a weighted rucksack to symbolize the burdens service members carry and veterans have carried in service to our country. This year’s Ruck4HIT will start on Friday, April 29 at the Courtyard Restaurant in Bourne and conclude on Saturday, April 30 at Cape Cod Coffee Cafe in Mashpee Commons.
