Eric Eskander Celebrates Opening of New Dunkin’ Franchise with Donation to HIT

Dunkin Donuts check donation to Heroes In Transition

When Eric Eskander opened his newest Dunkin’ franchise on Palmer Avenue in Falmouth, he decided to celebrate by giving back to Heroes In Transition.

“They do so many things that we think are important,” he said at the end of last month when his staff held a grand opening to introduce the community to his shop that is located inside Garrett’s Family Market. “I am so impressed with all that they do.”

Eskander and his crew presented Heroes In Transition Director of Development Jill Blanchard with a $1,000 check to support our programs that assist service members, veterans, and military families. “Heroes is such a great organization. I’m happy to do this,” Eric said.

This isn’t the first time Eric has championed our work. As the owner of Anytime Fitness in Mashpee and Falmouth, he has helped organize several 24-Hour Treadmill Relays over the years that have helped raise awareness and funds to strengthen our mission.

His Anytime Fitness staff have also participated and volunteered in the Ruck4HIT, our largest annual fundraiser that started in 2016. In recent years, his Mashpee gym has provided free weekly trainings to Ruck4HIT participants.

His donation to Heroes last month is just the latest example of Eric’s commitment to our work and those we serve.
