Heroes In Transition is proud to announce its newest program: Heroes Uniting at Home. On Saturday March 11th, we will be hosting our first couples retreat at the Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth, MA. This day is specifically designed to restore, empower and renew energy through laughter, health and conversation. This event is free of charge to all veterans and their significant others.
