A Message From Our Co-founder and President Cyndy Jones: 

This is a milestone year for Heroes In Transition (HIT), but it is more so for me. These past 15 years have been so bittersweet. In many cases, the blessings of helping those we serve has outweighed the bitterness of the loss of my son, Capt. Eric Jones. 

Through your help, Eric’s legacy continues. For that, I am indebted to you, and truly grateful to anyone who has supported HIT in any way since 2009. 

During this anniversary year, our mission stands stronger than ever. We are honored to provide programs that provide critical assistance to individuals and families in our community who sacrifice so much. Through this campaign, your generosity will enable us to create new programs and enhance existing ones.
